This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The left side has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
Its late. I think I'm supposed to wake up early. Not certain how early, but little Rifas on her way at some point tomorrow and I need to be mostly awake by then for her. So YeY! I've uploaded a nice start. getting close to ten whole deviations now. It's nice to see my art digitized, but it makes me really really really want to be starting on my next project. Its also really neat to go back and look at the bits you want to show people. I mean, I don't have much. Maybe about 20 pieces I want to put up so far, but I can definetly see these points where I just suddenly...saw better. Haha. Like my eyes could tell my hand what to do all of a sudden. My brain was linking things up. Systems nominal, all that sort of thing. Drawing is a way of seeing though. Its taking me longer in my life to get to a level where I'm just behind some really brilliant teenies doing awesome work. I've learned patience is good. Confidence to alter your work more even when your afraid you might ruin it. But you have your whole life to draw. Take some chances with your work. The same thing will just keep coming out of you again and again unless you wreak a few pieces by over doing it.
I think I need to learn composition and Lighting. My comps are alright. My shading is still really lacking. I can copy things well enough. Drawing from real life is pretty easy and memory is improving but when I try and do my fantasy stuff I have a lot of trouble doing those light sources justice. The definition of leather is something I can't recreate if I'm generating it from my head. Shiny things are tricky. Light is tricky. making things look 3D is tricky.
